			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Halloween is over. What does that mean? Means its time to dissect those pumpkins and milk all that internal goodness out of those orange gourds. Today I roasted my pumpkin seeds and they turned out so yummy I wanted to share the recipe with you.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #888888;">Roasted Pumpkin Seeds</span></h3>
<p>Wash and dry seeds completely. When they are dry, toss with a small amount of vegetable oil and salt in a bowl. Make sure they are evenly coated.</p>
<p>Spread seeds on a baking sheet and sprinkle with any combination of the following: cinnamon, paprika, chili powder, sugar. (I used cinnamon and paprika for my first batch, but I think I will try cinnamon, sugar and chili powder for a hot/sweet flavor next time).</p>
<p>Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!</p></blockquote>
