Hello. My name is Nicole. And I’m a cropaholic.
Oh yes, its true. For 13 years now. It used to be Mrs. Grossman stickers and oval templates. Now its cute little brads, glittery things of all sorts and paper. Oh…the paper.
Let me tell you a little bit about me.
I’m not a scrapbook designer or professional artist. (Short caveat here…I am a graphic designer, turned web designer, turned blog designer. But trust me when I tell you that scrapbooking…in the traditional manner…and digital design are two different animals. And a professional scrapbooker I am not.)
I scrap as often as I can, many times neglecting laundry and opting for ordered pizza over a home cooked meal.
I probably buy hide invest in more stuff supplies tools than I really need.
I sometimes cut crookedly.
I have no problem cropping photos.
I scraplift. A lot. Oh, the degradation.
Like scrapbooking, blogging is another passion of mine. I started blogging in 2008 and blog at The Pixel Boutique, sharing tips, resources and design services for other bloggers.
My goal with this here little blog is to combine both of my passions. You can expect some honest opinions on products, maybe some giveaways, hopefully some guest posts and probably some tips and tricks along the way. How’s that for concrete?

Clueless – I want to be a scrapbooker but have no idea where to start.
My kids will tell you that there is no word to describe my relationship with Scrapbooking but I guess obsessed is the closest one!
I am definitely a frustrated scrapbooker. I have tons of supplies but it’s been awhile since I was able to get it all out. I love being able to spend time working on the pages and journaling.
I am FRUSTRATED! I have a one year old and I can’t get anything done when she is around…which is always! I love her so much, but she always wants to see what Mommy is doing. Thanks!

I wish I had more time, I’m going to get back into it once I get pictures from my best friend’s wedding! The wedding was gorgeous, and we took a lot of great photos! I’m making her a surprise scrapbook!

“Clueless – I want to be a scrapbooker but have no idea where to start.” It seems so time-consuming and if I could find a way to not slave over it for hours and hours, I’d totally be hooked. But I get distracted by all the tons of other things on my to-do list!

I have been a nanny in Ireland & currently Alaska & would LOVE to scrapbook about my adventures but i dont have the creativity or $$ that is used for scrapbooking. I always think that people are more creative than myself and that completely intimidates me! Just call me “Clueless.” I know (kind of) what I would like to do, but need to someone to walk me through it at first. I’m a quick learner, so I guess with a bit of help, I’d be ok. Would love to make a scrapbook with photos for my son and his new wife who were married in the Caribbean early in the year…Just need a bit of help…The Snapfish gift would be great to develop the photos of the wedding!

I would have to say I am a frustrated scrapbooker! I have 4 kids the youngest being 1 yr old twins and my hubby travels a lot, so I can never seem to find the time, but would love to if I could!

I would have to say I’m a frustrated scrapper. I get all frustrated and self-conscious when I see what wonderful pages other people come up with and I never think mine are good enough. But then I see my kids looking at their pages and how much they love them and then I love my pages again.
I am obsessed but at time frustrated. Life does get in the way and then I am not a happy person. You know you are bad when you grown kids start complaining about me constantly “staging” pictures for scrapbook pages!

Frustrated! I would like to scrap more, but my boys like to get into my scrapbooking stuff. I have to wait until they are abed to get it out.
